What I do

01

Google Ads

I run Search, Performance Max, YouTube and App campaigns built around high-intent demand. Keyword structure, negative lists and bidding strategy are set against CPA or ROAS targets, not platform defaults.

02

Meta Ads

I build Facebook and Instagram campaigns with a clear testing structure for audiences, creative and offers. Advantage+ and manual campaigns are used where each performs best.

03

TikTok Ads

I plan creative-led campaigns for reach, app installs and conversions, with fast iteration on hooks and formats. Winning creative is recycled across channels.

04

LinkedIn Ads

I target by job title, seniority, industry and company for B2B lead generation. Lead quality is tracked beyond the form fill, into pipeline and revenue.

05

Campaign strategy & media buying

I set channel mix, budget allocation and pacing against business goals and seasonality. Spend moves weekly to where marginal returns are highest.

06

Audience segmentation & retargeting

I build segments from first-party data, lookalikes and behaviour, then retarget users by funnel stage. Messaging changes with what each segment has already seen.

07

Conversion tracking & pixels

I set up pixels, Conversions API, offline conversions and server-side events. Platforms get accurate signals to optimise on, and reports can be trusted.

08

CAC / CPL / ROAS optimisation

I tune bids, budgets, audiences and creative against the unit economics that matter. Targets come from payback periods and LTV, not averages.

09

Landing page optimisation

I design and test landing pages for message match, speed and clarity. Small changes to headlines, proof and form length often move conversion most.

10

Acquisition funnel optimisation

I find the biggest drop-off between ad click and activated user, then fix it with the product and CRM teams.

How I work

  1. 1

    Set the target

Agree CAC, CPL or ROAS goals from unit economics and payback periods, and define the conversion events that count.

  2. 2

    Fix tracking first

Audit pixels, Conversions API, UTMs and attribution before a dollar is spent, so every test produces trustworthy data.

  3. 3

    Launch with a test plan

A structured matrix of audiences, creative angles and offers, with budgets sized for statistical signal.

  4. 4

    Optimise the funnel

Landing pages, onboarding and follow-up improved alongside the ads, because conversion rate multiplies every dollar.

  5. 5

    Scale and report

Shift budget to proven campaigns, expand to new channels, and report weekly on spend, CAC, ROAS and next actions.

Who I help

Fintech and app businesses that need to acquire users who transact, not just install.

Startups preparing to scale spend after finding early product-market fit.

B2B teams generating qualified pipeline through LinkedIn and Google.

Teams with unreliable data, where tracking needs fixing before budgets can grow.

Questions

Which ad platform should a startup start with?

Start where your customers already show intent. Google Search captures people actively looking for a product like yours, so it usually converts fastest. Meta and TikTok create demand among people who match your audience but aren't searching yet. LinkedIn suits B2B products with contract values high enough to cover its higher cost per click.

How do you lower CAC without cutting growth?

I look at the whole funnel, not just the ad. Better tracking lets platforms find the right users, sharper segments cut wasted spend, and stronger landing pages and onboarding raise conversion. Each improvement lowers CAC while budget keeps scaling, which is more sustainable than simply cutting spend on expensive channels.

What tracking do I need before running paid ads?

At minimum: GA4 with key events defined, platform pixels, a Conversions API or server-side connection, and consistent UTM conventions. For apps, add a mobile measurement partner such as AppsFlyer or Adjust. Without these, platforms optimise on weak signals and reports can't be trusted.

How much budget do I need to test a new channel?

Enough to reach statistical signal on your main conversion event, often around 50 conversions per ad set or test cell. I size the test budget from your expected CPA before launch, so you know upfront what a fair test costs.

How do you decide when to scale a campaign?

When CAC or ROAS holds steady for at least two weeks at the current budget and conversion quality holds up downstream. I scale in steps of 20–30% so the algorithm stays stable, and watch marginal CAC, not just the average.
