CMS & headless CMS expert

I set up WordPress, Webflow and headless CMS builds so marketers can publish and localise at scale without waiting on engineering. At Grey, I moved 850+ pages to Strapi.

What I do

01

Webflow

I build CMS collections, templates, localisation and SEO settings that scale to thousands of items. Designers keep control of the look; the structure handles SEO.

02

WordPress

I set up WordPress with clean SEO, fast performance and editorial workflows, keeping plugins lean and secure.

03

Strapi

I model content types, components and APIs for a headless marketing stack, including localisation and role-based publishing.

04

Contentful

I design structured content models and locales for multi-channel publishing across web and app.

05

Sanity

I set up flexible schemas and editorial studios for fast-moving teams that need custom workflows.

06

Directus

I manage database-first content with custom data models, useful when content and product data live together.

07

Headless WordPress

I use WordPress as a back end with a modern front end, keeping metadata, sitemaps and schema intact.

08

Content modelling & structured content

I design reusable fields and components that separate content from layout, so one entry can power many pages and channels.

09

CMS-driven SEO & dynamic pages

I build template pages generated from CMS data, with titles, meta, canonicals, hreflang and schema set by rules.

10

CMS APIs, localisation & integrations

I connect the CMS to automation, analytics and AI tools through APIs and webhooks, with locale workflows built in.

How I work

  1. 1

    Audit the content

Page types, fields, locales, URLs and the points where publishing slows down.

  2. 2

    Model it

Content types, components and relationships designed for reuse, localisation and SEO.

  3. 3

    Migrate

Content, redirects, metadata and schema moved with a full URL map and pre- and post-launch checks.

  4. 4

    Analyse

Integrate APIs, webhooks and automation for publishing, localisation and reporting.

  5. 5

    Hand over

Documentation, publishing guides and training so the team runs it without me.

Who I help

Marketing teams without dedicated engineers who need to ship pages fast.

Multi-language sites that need localisation workflows built into the CMS.

Teams scaling programmatic pages from structured data.

Companies moving to a headless CMS that can't afford to lose rankings in the move.

Questions

What is a headless CMS?

A headless CMS stores and manages content but doesn't control how it looks. Content is delivered through an API to any front end (a website, a mobile app or another channel), so one piece of content can be reused everywhere. Examples include Strapi, Contentful, Sanity and Directus.

Is a headless CMS good for SEO?

Yes, when the front end renders content server-side or statically and outputs clean metadata, canonical tags, hreflang, sitemaps and schema. The CMS itself doesn't rank pages; the way the front end is built does. Most SEO problems with headless sites come from client-side rendering and missing metadata fields.

Webflow, WordPress or headless: which should I choose?

Webflow suits design-led marketing sites managed without engineers. WordPress suits teams that need a large plugin ecosystem and familiar editing. A headless CMS suits content reused across products, apps and many locales. The choice should follow your team, content and growth plans, not the trend.

How do you migrate a CMS without losing rankings?

By mapping every URL, keeping it or redirecting it with a 301, carrying over titles, meta, canonicals and schema, and preserving internal links. I crawl before and after launch and watch indexation and rankings in Search Console for several weeks after.

What is content modelling?

Content modelling is defining the types of content you publish, the fields each one has and how they relate. A good model separates content from design, so the same entry can feed a page, an app screen or an email, and templates can generate SEO pages from structured data. It also makes future migrations and redesigns faster, because content isn't locked inside page layouts.
