Programmatic SEO consultant
I turn repeatable search demand into page templates that each earn their place in Google. For Topship, 436 route pages made organic search 56% of new sign-ups.
What I do
Demand mapping
I find the repeatable searches worth a template and check how people phrase them. Topship customers searched by origin and destination, so we built one page for each route.
Template design
I define the data, URL structure and template for each page type. Syllabus.ng's close to 300 class and subject pages came from one template that a team of interns could fill.
Quality floors
I set the rules a page must meet before it ships. Topship's route pages needed over 800 words, titles under 55 characters and a mobile PageSpeed score above 90.
Measurement
I track indexation, impressions and sign-ups by page type, then expand what earns traffic. At Topship, clean tracking across web and app showed which pages and campaigns paid back.
How I work
- 1
Find the pattern
Group the searches that repeat, check the phrasing and decide which page types deserve a template.
- 2
Design the data
List the data each page needs, where it comes from and what makes one page different from the next.
- 3
Set the floor
Write the minimum a page must meet: unique data, depth, metadata, links and speed. Pages below it do not ship.
- 4
Launch in stages
Release one page type, check indexing and rankings, then extend the template to the rest.
- 5
Measure and prune
Review indexation, traffic and sign-ups by page type. Improve or remove pages that do not earn their place.

Questions
What stops programmatic pages becoming thin content?
A quality floor that every page must meet before it ships. For Topship, each of the 436 route pages needed over 800 words of practical copy, a title under 55 characters naming the route, one H1, internal links to related routes and hubs, canonical tags, schema and a mobile PageSpeed score above 90. Pages that could not meet the floor did not launch.
What data does a programmatic SEO project need?
Each page needs something a generic page cannot offer, and that is data. For route pages it was the origin, the destination and how the service works on that route. For Syllabus.ng it was the scheme of work for each class, subject and term. If you cannot name what makes page 200 different from page 20, the template is not ready.
Can programmatic SEO work on a new domain?
It can, when the demand is specific and the architecture is clean. Syllabus.ng was a new domain, built so that any page was reachable within two clicks of the home page, and it reached 1.6 million page views in its first full calendar year. Competition changes the odds, so I never promise a timeline.
How do you measure whether programmatic pages are working?
By page type, not by site total. I track indexed pages, impressions and clicks per template in Search Console, and sign-ups per page type in GA4. At Topship I rebuilt tracking across web and app, so I could see which route pages brought in sign-ups, not only visits.
Is programmatic SEO risky for a regulated product?
It can be, because scale multiplies any mistake. At Grey, a cross-border payments company, I corrected FinCEN regulatory claims across six languages and escalated an FCA claim to legal before it went live. For regulated products I review the wording once in the template, with legal where needed, before it repeats across pages.
